It’s YOUR life …
… but sometimes it doesn’t feel like it is. You have so many people and things to consider, family, friends, culture, exams, work, your future. Some days you are getting on with it, and things are okay, and then some days you’re just not sure you know what you’re doing, and those days are the worst.
It’s okay not to be okay …
… but where can you go to get support, or help when you feel overwhelmed? to work things out? Talking therapy has been proven to support your mental wellbeing; it’s not just for crisis situations.
So let’s team up …
Sharing your thoughts, worries, fears, and feelings with those you love and know can sometimes be unnerving or even impossible. At It’s YOUR Life Therapy we will work collaboratively, think together, explore those things that are keeping you up at night, for as long as you need to. Therapy is really about making sense of your important issues, understanding them and working out what strategies you may need to employ going forward. The things you learn in therapy can change your life if you let it.

Are you a trainee or qualified practitioner looking for a Supervisor?
I am a trained clinical Supervisor with experience of providing supervision to trainee and qualified practitioners from varying modalities. I aim to provide supervisees with a supportive learning environment where they can develop the 4 C’s – competence, confidence, compassion and creativity. It is my hope that supervisees will look forward to supervision as a safe and challenging space to grow in awareness and clinical practice.
